Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan

The Windsor Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (CORP) was prepared to assess the current and future recreational needs of Windsor. The contents of the CORP were guided by meetings, open to the public. The meetings helped to shape the plan, which follows the guidelines outlined by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. This allows the Village to compete for grant opportunities administered through the WDNR.

This CORP presents Windsor's vision for the future growth and development of its outdoor recreation parks and facilities. This plan is intended to address the long term recreation needs while focusing on priorities that can be achieved within a 5-year time frame.
