Mobile Food Establishment Permit

Mobile Food Permits are regulated under Windsor Ordinance Section 12, Article III. The application outlines the necessary documents needed to apply for a Mobile Food (Food Cart) Permit. If you have questions, contact the Village Clerk at 608-888-0066.

Steps for Completing Online Application:

1. Select: Online Application.
2. Fill Out: Complete online application and submit.
3. Pay: Payment is required at time of submission. Payment can be made via check (payable to Village of Windsor), cash or credit/debit card (processing fees apply). Fee = $25. 
4. Staff Review: Staff will review application and submitted materials. 
5. Permit: Once approved, the permit will be available online.
