Windsor is proud to be a part of the DeForest Windsor Fire & EMS, a Dane County Fire and EMS service. Proudly serving the Village of DeForest, Village of Windsor and the Towns of Vienna, Leeds & Hampden.

 

The DeForest Windsor Fire & EMS is governed by the DeForest Windsor Fire Protection Board which consists of two representatives from the Village of Windsor and two representatives from the Village of DeForest.

DeForest Windsor Fire and EMS Station #2:

 

As the DeForest Windsor area experiences continued growth, the demand for responsive and reliable emergency services is increasing. To address this need, DeForest Windsor Fire and EMS is proposing the development of a second fire station within the Village of Windsor, strategically located to enhance service to the southern region of the district. This project reflects a long-term, data-driven approach to maintaining prompt response times and ensuring the highest level of public safety across all communities we serve.
