Taxes

The Village of Windsor collects taxes for the Village, DeForest Area School District, Sun Prairie School District, Dane County, Madison Area Technical College, the State of Wisconsin and other special districts.

2024 tax bills will be mailed mid-December.

The Village does not know tax information for the current year until budgets are approved. This typically occurs in late November with tax bills generated and mailed in early to mid-December. Tax bills are also available on Access Dane in mid-December.
