Windsor Utilities: Water & Sewer

Windsor Utilities are a locally owned and operated water and wastewater utility, serving approximately 2,000 customers in and around the Village of Windsor and Village of DeForest. At Windsor Utilities our mission is to provide low-cost, reliable water and sewer service with a hometown touch.

⇒ Pay Your Bill: Utility bills are generated once a month and due on the 20th of each month. You can pay online or over phone via Payment Service Network, mail checks to the Village of Windsor or place payment in drop box. Learn more...

⇒ Meter Change Out Application: This application is for customers that received a door hanger, or letter, regarding needing to update their water meter/meter reading equipment. This application can be used to schedule your meter change out appointment. 

 

⇒ Notice to all Customers: Effective March 21, 2024, the Windsor Water utility implemented new rates. Please refer to the Final Decision by the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin for more information. Effective March 21, 2024, the Windsor Sewer utility implemented Year 3 rates of Resolution 2020-107. The first bill with these new rates was the bill dated April 30, 2024.
